County Attorney
Diversions:
A diversion is a contract that you enter into with the County Attorney's Office. If the terms of the Diversion are fulfilled, the County Attorney will dismiss the charges. If you fail to fulfill the terms of the Diversion, the County Attorney will revoke the Diversion. This matter will then proceed to a bench trial on stipulated facts. If convicted at bench trial, you will be sentenced by the Court.
