E-Recording Information

Please make sure all documents e-recorded are scanned in black and white scale and signatures are readable along with notary information.  Also, font size must not be smaller than 10 and clearly readable.

Our office will stop recording documents for e-record at 3:30 pm each business day. If a document is received after 3:30 pm cut off. It will be recorded the following business day.

Jackson County has been electronically accepting documents for recording since June 2013. E-Recording allows document submitters to prepare and transmit documents quickly and securely, and the recorded documents are returned immediately, rather than waiting for them in the mail.

Service Providers

In order for a document submitter to transmit documents to Jackson County electronically. They must use a service provided by one of three approved vendors.
