The Jackson County Tax Sale will be held Monday, December 8, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. in the Memorial Hall, first floor of the Jackson County Courthouse.
There are 12 total properties to be auctioned off. Owners have until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 5th to redeem the properties by paying the full amount of property taxes due through 2024 tax year, including interest and fees.
Payment will be due by 4:00 p.m. on December 8th. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check or money order.

Tract 16: 207 N. First St., Mayetta
Tract 19: 435 Church St., Netawaka
Tract 21: 12440 142nd Rd., Mayetta
